As the calendar turns over to mark the beginning of a new year, it’s a time for reflect, celebrate and look forward to the possibilities that lie ahead.
I’m approaching this year with a fresh canvas (pardon the pun)! I’m excited to see what’s in store for us all.
I often go to the beach to reflect and whilst there recently I was looking back over the past year. There have been some triumphs, learnings, and definitely a few challenges that have shaped my growth. Art and crafting has been there for every season! Sewing, painting, embroidery, drawing, foil art, digital cutting, you name it I did it. I am looking forward to trying even more in 2024 although part of me would like to master some techniques too, Adobe Illustrator is high on that list!
The New Year holds the promise of new ideas, fresh inspiration, and the chance to further explore our creative potential. It’s a time to set artistic goals, experiment with new techniques, and delve into projects that ignite our passion. Whether it’s mastering a new medium, launching a creative business, or simply allowing ourselves the freedom to create without constraints, let’s make this year a celebration of our artistic spirit.
